Bombay Hot Toddy
While toddies were traditionally made with whiskey, this recipe uses our signature Bombay Sapphire for a new approach to a classic.
Ingredients
- 1 oz
Bombay Sapphire - ½ oz
Lemon Juice - ½ oz
Honey syrup - 1 oz
apple cider - 3 oz
Orange Pekoe tea, boiling hot - Garnish with cinnamon stick and lemon wheel
Method
- In a large mug, add the Bombay Sapphire, lemon juice, honey syrup and apple cider.
- Bring the Pekoe tea to a rolling boil and slowly add it to the mug.
- Stir the cocktail to mix and garnish with cinnamon stick and lemon wheel to serve.
