Bombay Spritz
This refreshing apertif perfectly blends a hint of bitterness with a touch of sweetness; top with tonic for a twist on a classic spritz style serve.
Ingredients
- ¾ oz
Bombay Sapphire - ½ oz
MARTINI Riserva Speciale Bitter - ½ oz
freshly squeezed lemon juice - ½ oz
Honey syrup (3 parts honey / 1 part water) - 4 oz
Premium tonic water (chilled) - Orange peel to garnish
Method
- Pour your ingredients into a large wine glass (except the tonic)
- Fill your glass to the top with cubed ice
- Top with chilled tonic water and gently stir to integrate the flavours
- Finish with half an orange wheel as a garnish before you serve.
