Our expression of the wartime classic cocktail – the ‘French 75’. Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru is combined with freshly squeezed tangy lemon juice, balanced with sweet sugar syrup, then lengthened with MARTINI Prosecco. It’s an elegant, refined, smooth and uplifting tipple, perfect for any celebration.

Ingredients
- 25ml Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru
- 15ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 15ml homemade sugar syrup
- 60ml MARTINI Prosecco (chilled & freshly opened)
- 1 lemon or orange peel twist
Glassware & Barware
- Straight-sided wine glass
- Serrated knife & chopping board
- Citrus press
- Long twisted bar spoon
- Measuring device
- Cocktail shaker
- Hawthorne and fine tea strainer

Step

Shake all of the ingredients (except Prosecco) briefly with cubed ice for around 10 seconds

Fine strain the mixture into a chilled, straight sided wine glass including 60ml of Prosecco

When inviting friends & family around for summer events, we always want to ensure they all receive a tasty, consistent tipple in a timely manner, right? This cocktail is simply perfect for ‘pre-batching’ for those larger groups. Just multiply up the non-fizzy ingredients the day before your party in a large sealable container and whisk them together to mix and ‘ginfuse’ fully then keep refrigerated overnight. When you go to serve, simply whisk again, shake what you require with ice, strain into the serving glasses and top with the fizz then garnish. Enjoy!
