Sunset Experience

The Sunset Experience puts the spotlight on our Special Edition Gin, Bombay Sapphire Sunset, giving you the know-how to create the perfect sundowner cocktails for reconnecting and unwinding with friends.

Enjoy a welcome cocktail on arrival before heading out for a guided tour of the Distillery. You’ll then return to the Blue Room where you’ll start your journey exploring different cocktail styles and learning all the skills needed to become an expert home mixologist whilst enjoying a delicious sharing platter with locally sourced Hampshire produce. Take home a 70cl bottle of Bombay Sapphire Sunset and a bar of our exclusive Sunset gin-infused chocolate.
