Ingredients
- 50 ml
Bombay Citron Pressé - 20 ml
Freshly pressed lime juice - 10 ml
sugar syrup - 8
mint leaves - 50 ml
Champagne - 1
Mint leaf garnish
Method
- Pour champagne into a chilled coupette glass
- Shake the remaining ingredients over ice
- Strain into glass
- Garnish with mint leaf
