HOW DOES AI-DA’S
TECHNOLOGY WORK?

1. Ai-Da employs an advanced computer algorithms to analyse features and convert them into coordinates.
2. With these coordinates, Ai-Da calculates a virtual path for her robotic arm, which then proceeds to draw and paint on a canvas, resulting in new and novel pieces of art.
3. The various submissions from the #SawThisMadeThis hashtag will be inputted into her algorithm and she will create the new pieces of artwork based on the multitude of inputs

By using the hashtag #SawThisMadeThis on Instagram, you agree to allow Ai-Da, the world’s first ultra-realistic humanoid robot artist, to process your image for the purpose of creating a series of collaborative art pieces. Your image may be used in whole or in part and in conjunction with other images that have been posted using the same hashtag. You understand that by posting your image with the hashtag #SawThisMadeThis, you are giving Ai-Da permission to use and manipulate your image, and that the resulting artwork may be used for commercial purposes.

Ai-Da will use the latest artificial intelligence techniques to analyse and transform your image into a unique artworks that may be displayed in public exhibitions or other public settings. As multiple images will be processed by the algorithm, the new artworks will be abstract artwork, and as a result, your individual image will not be reproduced in a recognizable manner. Aside from being shown to Ai-Da’s algorithm, your submission in its original form will not be directly displayed, reproduced or replicated except with your explicit permission. If you do not wish for your image to be used by Ai-Da, please refrain from using the hashtag #SawThisMadeThis on Instagram.
