Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz
Bombay Sapphire - ¾ oz
Lemon - ¾ oz
Honey syrup
Method
- Honey Syrup is made by combining 3 parts honey and 1 part hot water and stiring so honey becomes easy to pour and shake.
- Combine all ingredients in your shaker. Shake hard.
- Strain into your coupe glass and garnish with a lemon wheel.
