Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz.
Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru - 3/4 oz.
Lemon Juice - 3/4 oz.
Simple Syrup - 2 oz.
Brut Champagne
Method
- Combine all ingredients but your chamagne into your shaker tin and give a quick hard shake.
- Strain into your flute or coupe glass and top with the champagne.
- Garnish with the a lemon twist.
